What a top-notch company with superb customer support! I got a jacket from Barneys Originals that ended up being too large—great quality, but the sleeves were a bit loose. The returns process was a breeze, and I got my full refund in just 4 days. The craftsmanship is truly impressive. I ordered a smaller size, and it arrived in just 2 days. No fuss, just high-quality jackets and leather products that are worth every penny. I can't recommend this company enough. Absolutely loving my new jacket!

UPDATE - After Barney got back to me quickly here, I reached out to Jess, and she was just incredible. They set up a separate return for me and were super helpful, even though I didn’t purchase directly from them! So, lesson learned: always buy straight from Barney's instead of Debenhams! I ordered a couple of Barney's products through Debenhams and returned them (following the right steps) on December 6, 2022. I got the parcel back in early January 2023, stating it was undeliverable. I reached out to Debenhams, and after a painfully slow reply, I was given the same returns label and told to send it back again. A few days later, it came back to me again as undeliverable! Now, six days later, I'm still waiting for Debenhams to get back to my email, and these items are worth £110! The address on the label is the same as the one on Barney’s site. I'm trying every possible way to sort this out and get my money back!

Awesome value for the quality! I picked up a couple of men's suede bomber jackets. I'd suggest going a size larger since they fit snugly. I returned one and got my refund in just a few days. Definitely would recommend!

The jacket I got was way too small and didn’t match the size chart they gave me. I tried reaching out to customer service three times but got no reply. I sent it back and ended up paying a hefty $70 for shipping and customs. Eventually, I got an email suggesting that UK sizes could be different. But that ain't what my usual size or their chart says. They did offer a cheaper shipping option, but by then, the jacket was already on its way back.
